What does it offer?

  1. Online appointment book. Real-time updated and accessible from any Internet connection.
  2. Clients register. Names, addresses, telephone/fax, email contact, reference numbers (e.g. insurance claims nos., invoice nos.) Coded flags to denote whatever you want to denote.
  3. Monthly planner see what's in store this month!
  4. Day to day pre-posted reminders, tasks or notes relating to that day. Anything from contacting some VIP to posting mail to calling John to confirm that business lunch.
