What does it offer?
- Online appointment book. Real-time updated and accessible from any Internet connection.
- Clients register. Names, addresses, telephone/fax, email contact, reference numbers (e.g. insurance claims nos., invoice nos.) Coded flags to denote whatever you want to denote.

- Day to day pre-posted reminders, tasks or notes relating to that day. Anything from contacting some VIP to posting mail to calling John to confirm that business lunch.
- Automatic financial reconciliation of day-to-day income. See who paid what, when, how, what for (e.g. goods or services) petty cash withdrawals, total to be banked and how that banking is broken down.
