Auto completion of GST exc. values for eInvoice of ACC for those of you who are not GST registered
Just make sure the GST number is not filled in and all calculations will be GST exclusive
Indication on the dayplanner of those patients who are set up to be sent sms/email reminders
This is indicated by a code after the telephone number:
(S) - patient will be sent a SMS reminder
(E) - patient will be sent ae email reminder
Date of birth is now only required for ACC patients
Only if a patient has an ACC claim is the bithdate required
New 'Quick Registration' page for entering new patients
Substantially fewer fields are needed to register a new patient. This speeds up the process.
Ability to create a hyperlink from the day planner to pre-generated patient template for eHealth record - a description of how this works will be on the website shortly
In response to many requests we have introduced a facility that allows you to link patient records to Quick-as. These records can be held by an online service such as Google docs, or on your hard drive. Please click here for more details
No more compulsory 'red X' view for those of you acting as receptionists.
From now on your receptionist or administrator can login directly into the practitioner view. There is no longer the need to see the red 'X' view. Please contact us with details of which logins need to be set up with this feature.
